THE PROCESS
Planning is the most important step in the web design process. Here is a summary of the steps we typically take with our clients in order to launch a successful web site.

1. Initial Consultation: We'll meet over the phone or in person (if local) to discuss your website needs.
2. First Deposit: To begin the job, a 50% deposit is required.
3. Page Content: We'll determine how many pages you'll need and whether or not you have existing material to fill those pages. It is best to provide text in some sort of computerized format such as Microsoft Word. This will speed up the process. You may also email the text data for your website. If however, you do not have any text online, you can provide hand written or printed material but that will slow down the process and may cost extra.
4. Artwork ( jpg, gif, tif, or png format): The best possible method for providing graphics is to supply computer images (i.e. jpg, gif, tif, or png). This will guarantee the highest quality. If you don't have computer images -- brochures, photographs and other printed material will work too but often times a scanned image of printed material may result in a lesser quality image.
5. Template Approval: The first major milestone is the template design. Dazz Productions will design a website template in preparation for text and pictures. You will be able to view the template in a staging/test area located on our server.
6. Construction and Completion of your website: Believe it or not, now comes the easy part. Your text and images will be arranged on each web page. You will be able to view it remotely from your computer. Please email in a digital format any changes or corrections.
7. Website Optimization: Your website will be optimized in preparation for the search engines.
8. Final Signoff and Last Deposit: When the website is completely ready to be launched, you will sign off and give Dazz Productions the final deposit.
9. Website Launch: After receiving the final payment, we will copy your website to the server. We will tweak any final modifications you may have.
10. Search Engine Submission: Once website is up and running on hosting server, your website will be submitted to the search engines. (Keep in mind that it may take a few weeks to show up when you do a search for the site.)

Having lived in London, Honolulu, Austin, Baltimore, New York and New Jersey has proved that these experiences have developed his eye for design and visual flair.
